My coworker Nathan had a rough introduction to the new family pet :-)…. Obviously the dog (over 150lbs) wasn’t serious, but serious enough to get Nathan’s attention.

No, out of thousands of carpets with thousands of different types of pets with all kinds of ‘pet’ attitudes, none have us have ever had a problem.. until this one :-)… and even this was more of a ‘shock’ than ‘pain’, although it hurt Nathan a lot for a couple of days.

Dog was terrific, people (new owners on their first day) were great.  Dog was unwittingly frighted and just reacted.  -Had the dog wanted to do more, he was certainly equipped to have really hurt any person and most Grizzly bears would be nervous; BIG dog :-).

A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon is enjoying terrific food and great service at the Cookie Jar! Almost as good is waiting there until they close and cleaning carpet! ;-).

How much better can life get!

Been working on ways to show urine fluorescence with a camera for years… We are making headway!:

Some of the pictures won’t be as clear as others, but we are getting better! Expand the pictures! You can see the outlines of contamination clearly.

You can also see where we have pulled the carpet and exposed the carpet cushion/sub-floor… There is also a picture showing the fluorescence on/in the baseboard heaters-Sheetrock.

Great to have unlimited nationwide support and training backed with online live video conferencing weekly training & support meetings!

After years and years of “going it alone”…. Wow! Very awesome to be a part of a team that wants to have the most satisfied group of customers in the world!

Often, specific subjects are covered that will help all of our individual businesses serve our customers better by being more effective at what we do (providing a better end product for a more affordable price).

When a specific subject isn’t scheduled, then we pick the most common topics that are of interest to the group participating in that evenings meeting…. Subjects change quickly and a lot of ground is covered by individual business owners with 100’s of years combined experience.

Doctor’s offices, Dentist’s offices, Chiropractic clinics, airlines, bingo halls, daycare facilities, university offices, engineering offices, churches, video stores …. And lots more have beautiful, long lasting carpet with our help in the Fairbanks – North Pole areas! Remember, carpets don’t wear out…. They “ugly” out…. The more traffic, the more soil abrasion (scratches) in the fiber thus …they “ugly” out.

One thing I’m realizing as I get older…. Staircases are getting longer and carpeted areas in homes are getting way larger :-).

One of the heaviest trafficked areas of most homes and businesses are the stairs! Add to this the extra pressure (grinding in) that foot traffic adds, the frequency of use, etc. and you have all the needed components to really damage (a braid) carpet fiber.

We not only spend a lot of extra time focused on all heavily trafficked areas including the stairs, but also always use cleaning products that will help guard against future damage from abrasion.

Often when cleaning regular ‘wall to wall’ carpet, we have the opportunity to see/clean some VERY nice oriental wool rugs onsite! Today was one of those days :-).

Onsite area rug cleaning does have some limitations with certain very old hand tied works, but almost always, it is the most convenient way to add life, keep the costs down and really bring out the colors again.

The new management re-opening this facility last year has really helped to add a neat facility for our troops AND their family’s! It has been received well and the folks run a really nice operation…. And for the near future, they have some really clean carpets that are, like the rest of the facility, well maintained.
