This unit is kept up nice and always offers a new challenge.With the constant improvements this property owner is making, you wouldn’t recognize the buildings today versus when I started keeping the carpets up many years ago. Unlike many landlord’s, he is also constantly making structural/livability improvements in spite of the limited ‘return on investment’ that he gains.

Jobs this last few days before thanksgiving have had us covering most of the borough. Nice to get out and refresh your memory with a few of the neat spots around town that you haven’t been to in a while… One really does forget how large and diverse this little dot in the middle of the state is!
Also you forget just how bad gas mileage gets when it’s this cold…. 🙁 …
