Certifications show our dedication
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has served as the Industry Guardian for the cleaning, inspection and restoration service industries for more than 30 years. As a non-profit certification organization, the IICRC helps ensure that you have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for these industries.
To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms are also required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics. Services provided by IICRC–Certified professionals range from flooring inspection and cleaning to mold remediation to water and fire damage restoration.
Most major carpet fiber manufacturers have stated requirements in their warranty literature not only requiring interim professional carpet cleaning, but also that the cleaning work be done by an IICRC certified technician in order to maintain that warranty.

What’s in the future for classes?
Lots! Here are a few of the classes we are working on in addition to repeating the classes we’ve had in the past (Coby has already repeated his CCT): more classes on: commercial carpet maintenance & care, tile/grout sealing/cleaning and care, hard surface cleaning like stone, slate, etc; wood and wood laminate cleaning-care to name a few…
Why do we continue our education (and several thousands of dollars per year investment)?
The easy answer is to state that we have to keep current in order to not harm our clients by voiding a manufacturer warranty. And, although this simple answer is true, it is something that is virtually unknown by our clients and wouldn’t have any effect on our business.
The real reason we continue is that every time we complete a class, we realize how much more we could improve both our craft and our business. We continue to strive for excellence in all that we do. We never want to settle for merely “happy” clients; our goal is to have them all “ecstatic” with every aspect of our service.
