Mountaintop floods! Pipe burst in wall and flooded the basement.
Called a “category one water loss” in “insurance speak”. Called a mess by the average homeowner. Quite amazing how those little pipes can burst and put out sooooo much water!

Nearly 20 degrees warmer up here in the hills; a really nice break.

This breathtakingly gorgeous home had a pipe burst inside the wall. Needless to say it made a bit of a mess…..

The caretaker heard the water flowing, reacted immediately, got the water turned off, the pipe repaired and then called us!

No, we don’t usually do emergency water damage, but we do carry all the certifications and will work with long term customers when we can save them substantial money & time.
