Costs and Variables
We charge by the square foot at $0.55 for what is typically referred to as “Wall-to-Wall” carpet – not rugs or stairs. The average bedroom is about $100, while the average living room tends to be closer to $135. Rug prices start at $35 depending on size. Stairs (every time you lift your foot) are figured at $4.50 each.
We have a minimum charge of $220. This minimum can be for any type of cleaning but for informational purposes, this covers around 400 square feet of wall to wall carpet with no pet treatment and no stain charges.
We also clean upholstery. It is $75 per seat. Examples: Recliner – $75, Love Seat – $150, Standard 3 seat couch – $225
We also offer free quotes, so you can know your exact cost. Simply call or text our office @ 907-452-5326 to schedule your quote.
Repairs??
Carpet Stretching/ Seam Repairs – Do you have wrinkles in your carpet that you are just tired of looking at? Do you have an area where two sections of carpet meet and it’s starting to show? Did your furbaby make a mess with their claws/teeth resulting in a hole in the carpet?
We can fix this for you! These issues and their cost are usually assessed on site typically starting at $95 an area . Please keep in mind this does require advance notice! Also, be aware that your furniture will need to be completely out of the room so that a proper stretch can be achieved. Please tell the office when calling to schedule your appointment.
Bonded Inserts (Patching) – If the dyes are “set” (permanent), then we can often cut them out and replace them with either a spare piece of carpet (you provide) or trade the damaged piece for a piece not often visible (i.e. in the back of a closet).
Pet/Odor Treatment – Odor/Urine removal problems can often be solved by simply using an additional machine and product(s) during our normal cleaning routine for only an additional $0.25 per square foot. We also provide a pet dander and shedding clean up for only $0.20 per square foot. Otherwise, we can provide options for many other solutions.
