Josh

Born and raised in Georgia, this southern boy longed for adventure while growing up. He searched high and low to find a job that gave him adventure and purpose. In 2010 he discovered carpet cleaning. This was such an exciting learning opportunity, but still he longed for a bit more adventure. In 2014 he set out on one of the greatest adventures of his life, carpet cleaning in Alaska. After training under IICRC Certified Master Technician Coby Gibson (former owner of 45-CLEAN Carpets) for a couple of years, Josh was given the opportunity to embark on the most difficult yet the most rewarding adventure he would ever find. That is owning the successful thriving carpet cleaning company “45-CLEAN Carpets”. Josh is still implementing to this day all the morals, values and skills that were cherished while building the 45-CLEAN Carpets name.

Candice

Growing up in middle Georgia, Candice always longed to stand out and be different. She pushed through college ultimately obtaining an Associates in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Business Management. After given an amazing opportunity to continue to push the envelope, she moved to Alaska. This was the missing piece to her life. Just when she thought she had it all, 45-CLEAN Carpets was in need of an Office Manager. She fit the bill nicely. After training with Trifany Gibson, former Office Manager of 45-CLEAN Carpets, and under the hands of Josh Smith, Candice has perfected the juggling act of Office Manager and extra technician as needed.
